By accessing and using SkillsRex (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The 100-Day Program

SkillsRex provides a structured 100-Day Learning and Earning Engine. The program requires active participation, consistent daily effort, and communication with our mentors. Success is not guaranteed and heavily depends on your individual execution of the materials and workflows provided.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Honesty Policy: You agree to provide truthful evidence of your progress, earnings, and client interactions. Forging evidence or faking results will lead to immediate expulsion from the platform without refund.
• Respectful Communication: When interacting in the Communication Lab or with mentors and clients, you must maintain professional conduct. Spamming or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, workflows, and templates provided within the SkillsRex platform are the intellectual property of SkillsRex. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal business growth. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the curriculum.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
